Chain Tools

Chain tools, cutters and installers - riveting tool for rivet / pin master links. Cutting tools can push the pin thru the chains bushing and sideplates after the peened part is smothed / ground flat. These are relatively light and inexpensive, compared. The installation tool or riveter is for removing pins/cutting and most importantly 'mushrooming' the end of the pin to permanently hold on the sideplate. These are normally larger, heavier (more expensive) tools as the amount of force required to distort / mushroom / peen the end of the hardened steel pin is enormous. A hammer and punch won't cut it.
